Arch is aware that a specific "other" software vendor has been making, via their telephone salesmen, a "sales pitch" claiming to be the "Preferred Software Vendors to Worldpac".

This claim is simply untrue and misleading (intentionally), and cannot be substantiated.
 

In light of the above, Arch will provide you, upon demand, with a copy of the genuine agreement (contract) between Worldpac and ArchSoft that explicitly outlines the exclusive relation between Worldpac and Arch. 

This agreement explicitly states that ArchSoft is the ONLY preferred software vendor to the Worldpac Web Parts Program.
