"Do I need to learn Java or have someone write a new Java file every time I want to change my pricing?" No! You simply log into your administrative area on your web site, click pricing, then click from one of four pricing rule generators. Simply fill in the blanks, and click update! It's that simple. You can login and modify your pricing rules in a matter of seconds. Best of all, you do not have to rely on a programmer to do it for you....
"What if I have people that have Reseller Numbers ? Does your system handle this?" Yes. Our system will allow people with reseller numbers to login to receive their very own pricing and will allow these people to not pay sales tax. You can easily login to your administrative area, and control your reseller pricing. You can also have multiple levels of reseller pricing for different resellers that buy more or less than the next reseller. Furthermore, you can login to your administrative area and run a sales report on easy reseller so that you can quickly and easily handle your tax time issues.
"What about Sales Tax? Can I control where and how much Sales Tax is charged?" Yes. Login to your administrative area, and click on the sales tax link. You can simply check the box for each state that you want to charge sales tax in. Furthermore, you can specify the sales tax rate (percentage) for each state by simply typing in the appropriate tax rate next to each state. Then click update.
"What about List Pricing? Can I control the List Prices that are displayed?" Yes. Login to your administrative area, and click on List Price Margin. There you can specify a percentage multiplier to use to mark up your List Prices. The List Price for each item will be marked up over and above your sell price by that percentage multiplier.
"What about Sales Reports? Can I see how much each customer has purchased over a period of time" Yes. Login to your administrative area and click on customers. Then enter the customers last name. Then click on that customer. You will see a complete customer record showing all their orders, each order status, the total dollars sold to that customer (gross), the total profit for that customer (new), the total sales tax charged to that customer, and much more... "What about Shipping? Can I have free shipping over a certain dollar amount? Can the customer come back to my web site and see the status of his order and whether or not it has shipped and if so where that order is in transit" Yes.. You can specify the threshold dollar amount needed to be purchased in order to have the customer receive free shipping. And yes, your customers can come back to your web site, and click Track Order, enter their email address and order number and track their order. And yes, your customers can actually see where their order is in transit! "Can I markup Shipping? Yes. You can specify a shipping markup for each method of shipping Worldpac offers:
"Can I have Affiliates login via text or image link on their web sites that will enable their customer to go to my web site and receive special pricing?" Yes. You can provide your affiliate partners with a link to your Worldpac Web Partner web site, and when that link is clicked on from their web site, a special Pricing Tier will be loaded reflecting the special pricing (via the pricing rules) you predefined (via point-and click interface). Additionally, special reports are provided for all Worldpac Web Partner Affiliates for the purposes of "Rev-Share" (revenue sharing with your affiliates). "Do I get detailed web site traffic statistics?" Yes. Once per week your detailed web site traffic stats are posted to your administration area.
